Site identified is in the landward side of Shanmugham Road. Extension at the northern end of Marine Drivenear Gosree Bridge.
Site measures 1.2 acres and abuts the 24m wide Shanmughom Road.
On northern side is the Tata Canal

DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

The permissive possession of the site will be granted
Investor has to prepare DPR with feasibility report
Investor has to secure all critical clearances & applicable permits within 3 months from appointed date
The project shall also comply the architectural controls of GCDA
Construct the facility within 18 months
Commence operations within 21 months from appointed date
Operate & Maintain for 25 years
