GODOWN CUM OFFICE COMPLEX AT KALOOR (SHOPPING CUM OFFICE COMPLEX)

GCDA proposed to construct a godown cum office complex in the 30 cents of land owned by authority under Kaloor DTP scheme. The plot is having a good access with 10 m wide roads on both. Therefore, GCDA decided to construct a Godown cum Office Complex building for private/ public utilities. The proposed building plan is completed and is ready to submit for building permit in Kochi Corporation. The total built up area of building is 756.90 Sqm. in two floors with all basic amenities in compliance with KMBR 2019. Further steps can only be taken after getting administrative sanction
