GCDA proposes to provide affordable houses for various income groups in the land in possession of GCDA.  Steps has been taken to identify the various land that are lying vacant in various scheme area coming under GCDA jurisdiction. Four sites has been identified after analysing various factors such as fair value of land, zoning, pending litigations etc.  The designing of DU and apartment tower is under preparation. The financial feasibility has to be worked out after the designing and calculation of tentative estimate
